He is survived by: his siblings, Vickie LaNette Perry of Columbia and Charles Gortman (Chuck) of Columbia; his nephews, Thomas Vincent Perry of Columbia and Michael Christopher Osby of Lexington; his niece Miss Jessica Hampton of Columbia; his uncle Charlie L. Perry (Gloria) of Batesburg-Leesville; his cousins, Benny G. Adams of Columbia and Leon Peebles of Columbia; and his sister Sherry L. Corley of Lexington. He is also survived by friends, classmates, coworkers.
