It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Kelly (Batesburg-Leesville, South Carolina), born in Mershon, Georgia, who passed away on August 21, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Harley and Lois Vera Boatwright Bennett; her husband Rev. John Henry Kelly; and her daughter Harley Nettles. She is survived by: her children, James, Joyce Trotter (Ron), Barbara Kelly, Linda Sease (Wyman), Lesa Autry (Randy), Carolyn Smith (Luther) and Shirley Rawls. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
