He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas William Hooker and Annie Mae Neil Hooker. He is survived by: his children, Charles K. Turner, Gordon M. Turner and Tammie Darlene Hiers; his wife Bessie I. Hooker; and his siblings, Harry Joe Hooker (Rhonda) and Betty Jo Stanton. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
