He is survived by: his mother Dean Hartzog; his sisters, Jeri Lyn Ridgeway (Craig) and Jennifer Kern; his nieces and nephews, Brittany Lott (Josh), Brock, Riley Ridgeway, Grayson, Gunnar and Logan Kern; his great-niece Martha Ellison; and his nephew Joseph Cash Lott.
