He is survived by: his wife Annameta Sparks Cook; his siblings, Benny Cook (Kathy), Ron Cook (Patti), Charlene Bridges (Ralph) and Paul Cook (Rebecca); and his children, Robbie Strock (Alicia), Roxie Cook, Sheri Fogle, Joseph Cook (Mandy) and Anita Brewer (Grant). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
