He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sidney Besser and Thelma Barlett Besser; his sons, Gregg Besser of Barnwell and Eric Besser of Orangeburg; his brother Warren Besser of La Conia; his grandchildren, Colin, Adrianna, Robert, William and Matthew; his wife Dianah C. Besser; and his children, Jeff Besser and Nancy Besser Donan.
