She was predeceased by: her father Murray Lawrence; and her siblings, Glenn Birt and Faye Birt Sorrell. She is survived by: her husband Hamilton Dicks III; her children, Hamilton Dicks IV (Michele) of Barnwell, SC and Allison Dicks Forehand (Tim) of Barnwell, SC; her grandchildren, Caity, Emily and Anna Dicks; her niece Lisa Childers; and her nephew Chris Sorrell.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to the St. Jude's Childrens Hospital or to the Animal Advocates of Barnwell.
