It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura Horner (Barnwell, South Carolina), who passed away on March 12, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Owens, Sr. and Ollie Briggs Owens; her great grandchild William Nicholas Wood; and her siblings, Lois Gray, Sarah Wood, Franklin Owens Fred Owens, Cecil Owens and Charles Owens.
She is survived by: her children, Glenda R. Fail of Barnwell, Teresa R. Carter of Barnwell, Pamela Horner of Aiken and Anthony Wayne "Tony" Roberts of Barnwell; her grandchildren, Stacy Wood (Keith), Crystal Bonner, Tony Wayne Roberts and Summer Owens; and her siblings, Betty Hoover of Blackville and Lewis Owens of Barnwell. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
