She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Polk and Blossom Polk. She is survived by: her daughters, Lauralee Townsend and Beth Cody; her grandchildren, Aralyn Townsend, Grace Cody and Oliver Townsend; and her siblings, Bill Polk (Diane) and Patsy Reece (Ronnie). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
