He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse D. Stephens and Frances Bishop Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Fort Stephens; and his children, Tammy Stephens Still (Timmy), Johnny Stephens, Jr. (Amy) and Stephanie Stephens Gray (Jason).
