He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Timothy Moore and Ann Foy Moore. He is survived by: his wife Frances Scott Turner Moore; his sons, Richmond Turner Moore (Parker) and Edward Foy Moore; and his grandchildren, Eliza Brent Turner Moore, Richmond Thomas Moore, William Turner Moore and Graydon Foy Moore. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
