He is survived by: his wife Karen; his sons, Christopher Ryan Milligan, Kevin Timothy Milligan of Barnwell and Derek; his siblings, Laura Hopper (Jeff) of Simi Valley, California., Bruce Milligan of Little Rock, Ronnie Milligan of Laurens, SC, Dwain Milligan of Hallsville and David Milligan (Fallon); and his granddaughter Lily Milligan.
