He is survived by: his parents, David Proveaux, and Susan Proveaux, Jr. of Ehrhardt; his children, Dallas Edward Proveaux, II of Orangeburg and Naci Nicole Proveaux of Bamberg; his sister Melanie Folk (Dustin) of Ehrhardt; his grandmother Carolyn Sandifer of Bamberg; and his nieces and nephews, Todd Folk (Madison) of Ehrhardt, Reese Folk of Ehrhardt, Jordan Folk of Ehrhardt and Skyley Folk of Ehrhardt. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins and his dog.
