He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Marion Croft and Dennis Hair. He is survived by: his parents, Jennifer Croft Fulmer (James) and Ronald Owens III; his girlfriend Elizabeth Zissett; and his girlfriend's children, Daniel Elkins and Jazzie Still. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Friendship Baptist Church (5801 Friendship Rd, Barnwell, SC 29812). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
