He is survived by: his children, Jeff Collins of Barnwell, Annette Zissett (Jerry) of Barnwell and Vickie Smith (Stephen) of Hilda; his grandchildren, Trina Cheek (Chris), Kelvin Zissett, Nick Smith, Shay Smith and Shawna McClary (Chris); his great grandchildren, Bailey Cheek, Brittani Still, Trevor Cheek, Noah Smith, McKinsey McClary and Alexis Smith; and his siblings, Sammy Collins (Patricia), Gwendolyn Collins and Myrtis Shealy.
