She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcus E. Sweatman and Mary L. Champy; the father of her children Joseph "Bo Jack" Hutto, Sr.; her daughter Pamela Dantzler; and her siblings, E. Sweatman, Clarence Sweatman, Mary Dahler, Janie Mims, Meray Sutcliffe, Julia Ann Sweatman and Leilia Jackson.
She is survived by: her son Joseph E. Hutto, Jr. (Jimmielynn); her grandchildren, Kaylyn Elton (Scott) and Hunter Briceson Hutto; her great grandchildren, Samantha Elton and Conner Elton; and her sisters, Lola Martin and Aubrey Sandifer. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. (1012 Whitman St SE, Orangeburg, SC 29115). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
