He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Elizabeth Scoggins and Raymond Lee Taylor Sr.; his stepfather John T. Scoggins; his aunt Barbara Gunnells (Harry); and his uncle Billy New.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ronnie Taylor (Joy), JoAnn Givens (Jeff) and Jacquelyn "Jackie" Cook (John); his nieces and nephews, Brittany Stroman (Marty), Hilary Hindman (Shane), Bretta Kittrell (Camden), Keith Taylor (Jenny), Brent Cook (Cassie) and Kelly Taylor; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Camden Kittrell Jr., Lainey Kittrell, Cole Kittrell, Evie Hindman, Mary Kate Hindman, Olivia Hindman, Charlie Hindman and Tate Cook; and his cousins, Kimberly Compton (Randy), Robin Babb and Stephen Gunnells (Caroline).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Open Door Baptist Church (2933 Main Hwy, Bamberg, SC 29003). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
