With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mae Kirkland of Bamberg, South Carolina, who passed away on October 10, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband James Robert Kirkland; and her parents, Robert Allen Rigsby and Geneva Gaither Rigsby of Virginia. She is survived by: her children, James A Kirkland, Robert Kirkland, Virginia Hammond and Susan Hunnicutt (Joel); her granddaughter Marie Robinson (Bobby); and her great grandchildren, Austin, Declan, Kinley and Billy.

Memorials may be made to St. John's Baptist Church, Colston Branch Cemetery fund or the charity of ones choice.
