He is survived by: his wife Susan Graham Carter; his children, Kenny Carter (Jennifer) of Branchville and Jaci Sandifer (Kevin) of Bamberg; his grandchildren, JT, Phoenix, Eden and Jena; his brother Wayne Carter (Andrea) of Bamberg; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Graham (Tammy) of Greenwood, Dorothy Wright (Randy) of Greenwood and Beth Sadelson (Dennis) of Weaverville, NC.
