He is survived by: his son Sergeant Jonathan Whitmore; his siblings, Dora Mae Whitmore of Orangeburg, Vernell Whitmore Bolin of North and Robert Hook (Bridget) of Atlanta, Georgia; his significant other J. T.; and his sisters-in-law, Lillie Jones of Cordova, Deloris Frazier of Orangeburg and Dr. Mae Helen Frazier of Hollywood. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, close friends.
