He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Izlar and MaryEllis Jones Izlar of Augusta, GA.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kemph Izlar; his daughter Lisa Izlar Janowicz (Ed) of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Sofia and Jake Janowicz; his brothers, Charles (Janice) of Savannah, GA and Robert Izlar (Kay) of Plano, TX; and his sister-in-law Linda Kemph Miller (Wayne) of Cary, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church, Post Office Box 335, Bamberg, SC 29003.
