She is survived by: her husband Leroy Chavis; her children, Debbie Fail of Hilda, Teresa Kinsey (John) of Bamberg, Jane Carroll of Barnwell, Ginger Smith (Tony) of Blackville, Lee Carroll, Sr. (Brenda) of Leesville, Ernie Carroll (Lynn) of Bamberg, Travis G. Stewart, Jr. of Bamberg, Jamie Chavis of Orangeburg and Leroy Chavis, Jr. of North; and her sister Helen Webb (Gary) of Calabash, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
