He is survived by: his wife Pamela Hurst Squires; his daughters, Meredith Tuck (John) and Rebecca Squires Hallman; his grandchildren, Logan Tuck, Bauer Tuck and Riley Elizabeth Hallman; and his sister Lynn Squires Welch (Wayne).
