Hooks (Kathy), Henry Hooks (Shirley), David Hooks (Teresa), Michael Hooks, Julia Anderson (Wallace), Dinah Lane (Glenn), Bonnie Johnson and Pat Small (Randy); his niece Jade North; his nephew Dustin Small; and his cousin Betty Johnson.
