He was predeceased by: his father Frank J. Horlback. He is survived by: his children, Desiree A. Horlback, Michael J. Horlback, Jr. and Ian Lucas; his mother Shirley E. Horlback; his siblings, Darren Horlback and Tabitha Horlback; his aunts and uncles, MaryBell Thompson, Dorthy Cattle, Eartha Jenkins, Loretta Bowles, Herbert Thompson, Jerry Thompson and Robert Thompson; and his close friend Melissa Campbell. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, October 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bryan McNeal Sr. Memorial Chapel (4129 Highway 17 North, Awendaw, SC 29429). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Nebo AME Church (5600 N Hwy 17, Awendaw, SC 29429).
