He is survived by: his wife Patricia Anderson Glenn; his sons, Michael Wayne Glenn (Laura) of Atlanta, GA and William Kenneth Johnson III of Awendaw, SC; his sister Linda Glenn Berger (Richard) of Plano, TX; and his grandchildren, Caroline and Christian. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
