It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ravenell Goodwine (Awendaw, South Carolina), who passed away on June 1, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Louisa Ravenell White; her husband James "Cleveland" Goodwine; her son Charles Nolan Ravenell; her siblings, Josephine White Ramsey, Alex White, Sr., Reverend Dr and Arthur White, Sr.; her siblings-in-law, Deacon Edward Goodwine, Sr. and Elizabeth Goodwine; and her stepchildren, James Goodwine and Earl Goodwine.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald A. Ravenell and Karen A. Ravenell of Awendaw, SC; her grandchildren, Rhonda A. Ravenell and Rahn A. Ravenell; her great grandchildren, Rahn A. Ravenell, Jr. of Mt and Roman A. Ravenell of Mt; her sister Sarah Sallie McClain; her stepchildren, Laverne Bennett (Joseph), Carolyn Goodwine and Saundra Goodwine; and her siblings-in-law, Isadora White, Lillie White, Eartha Lee Nesbitt of Awendaw, SC, Elaine Goodwine of Miami, FL and Joseph Ramsey.
