She was predeceased by: her husband Marion Brown; and her daughter Deborah Washington. She is survived by: her children, Renee Lemmon (Eugene) and Francina Amiker (Ellaway, III); her grandchildren, Gina Greenidge, Dareth Lemmon, Robi Washington, Ellaway Amiker, IV, Francesca Amiker and Franjellica Amiker; and her siblings, Bernice S. Friendly, Rev. Charles Singleton (Jeanette P.) and Betty S. James. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
