He is survived by: his parents, Henry Swinton and Lorena Swinton; his children, Pernetta Brown of Henry Swinton, Tara Carter (Patrick), Beverly Swinton, Jason Swinton (Adrain) and Jessica Swinton; and his siblings, Jack Swinton (Jesse), Charles Swinton, Nathanel Swinton (Jovenia), James Swinton (Angela), Kevin White (Kisha), Geraldine Manigault, Earsilee Nesbitt, Teresa Swinton and Minnie White. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and of host of great grandchildren.
