He is survived by: his daughter Brittany Mazyck; his father Andrew Mazyck; his brother Anthony Mazyck; and his aunts, Rosalee Simmons, Marie Rouse, Maggie Mazyck, Janie Hamilton and Betty Fields. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
