“Carole and I have been friends since the third grade. We actually got caught passing notes by Mrs. Maxy. She was a regular in my pet store. She was definitely an animal lover. She always took time out to hunt me down and talk. She wrote me the nicest words on Facebook about my being so nice and helpful. In actuality, she couldn’t have been nicer to me. I’m going to miss her. She was beautiful inside and out. I hope she knew how much she was loved.”

She was devoted to her parents, especially in their last years as she unselfishly cared for them. Her love for animals was admirable, from horses, birds, and several breeds of dogs, she treated them with great compassion. I will miss her smile and contagious laugh, generous heart so full of love.
