He is survived by: his wife Patricia Middleton; his children, James Anthony Middleton of Philadelphia, PA, Steven Middleton (Renee) of Philadelphia, PA, Wayne Patrick Middleton of Philadelphia, PA, Kenneth Middleton of Philadelphia, PA, Nathaniel Middleton (Peguy) of Philadelphia, PA, Maxine Davis (Jonathan) of Wilmington, DE and Jeffery Johnson of Philadelphia, PA; and his siblings, Dorothy Gaskins, Luella Middleton, Shelia Middleton of Baltimore, MD and Bobby Gene Middleton (Geraldine) of Andrews, SC. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
