He was predeceased by: his sisters, Barbara Pentico and Mary Cutway. He is survived by: his parents, Wayne Sylvester Smith and Patricia O'Toole Smith; his children, Benjamin Smith (Nathaniel Smith) and Stephanie Smith of Corry, PA; his sisters, Helen Smith of Wareham, MA, Theresa Kersey (Bill) of Bradenton, FL and Margaret Cooke (Eric) of Parrish, FL; and his brothers-in-law, Troy Pentico and Jim Cutway of Monticello, NY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
