He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Thelma, Robbie Highe, Leona Long (Charles) and Ervin Fulton (Beatrice). He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Owens Fulton; his parents, Walter Davis Fulton and Jamie Higbe Fulton; his children, Robby Fulton (Melanie), Paige of Andrews and Kelsey Fulton of Andrews; his sister Sissy Jordan (Rodney); his stepchildren, Josh of Andrews and Mallory Wrenn of Andrews; his brothers, Kevin D. Fulton (Donna) of Savannah, GA and Jeff Fulton (Shely) of Andrews; and his grandchildren, Guy Fulton, Drake Douglas and Will Fulton.
