She is survived by: her children, Debbie Cook NeSmith, Robert Cook, Jr. (Carol), Nancy McAlister (Johnny) and Cindy Collins (Bill); her siblings, Dennis Caddell (Maxine), Carl Caddell and Dorothy Downey (Chuck); and her pet Fluffy. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and twenty-four great-grandchildren.
