Tula Tilton Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 7, 2022, at the age of 89, Tula Tilton (Andrews, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Melton Tilton; her parents, Duffie Godwin and Ethel Emma Cox Godwin; her grandson Justin Lee Gamble; her siblings, Donnie Olin Godwin, Lydia Mae Ard (Malcolm), Cora Godwin, Duffie Godwin Jr., Elbert Godwin and W. J. Godwin; and her brother-in-law Hubert Powell.

She is survived by: her children, Sylvia Jordan (Donald), Van Tilton, Dan Tilton (Wanda), Teressa Gamble (Randy) and Bruce Tilton (Tammy); her siblings, Gladys Powell and Gerthie Godwin (Grace); and her sister-in-law Louvenia Godwin. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and nineteen great-grandchildren.
