He is survived by: his father Furman "Grady" Graham Tisdale, Jr.; his wife Krystal Leann Pate; his children, Jessica Lynn Tisdale and Jazmyn Tisdale; his brother Kevin Blake Tisdale (Ashley Donahue); his nieces, Blakely and Kinsley; his grandmother Carolyn Langley Tisdale; his uncle Christopher Tisdale; and his cousin Trad Conyers. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins.
