He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Bobby Rivers and Mary Bearnice Oakley Rivers; and his sister Teressa Lynn Rivers. He is survived by: his wife Joan Rhoad Rivers; his children, Julius "Jay" Carroll Rivers (Shelly), Kimbrelly Angle (Josh), Christi R. Morey (Robert) and Amy Elizabeth R. Phillips (Dylan); his grandchildren, Michelle Reece (Andrew), Autumn Rivers (Matthew), Ashleigh Angle, Frankie Morey (Kylie), Mary Beth Morey, Julia Rivers, Kathryn Angle, Dylan Morey and Keira Angle; and his great grandchildren, Riley, River, Olivia and Jackson "Jax".
