He is survived by: his wife Wanda Wall Duncan of Andrews; his mother Elizabeth Ruth Weglehner Duncan of Andrews; his daughters, English Miller of Georgetown and Emily Duncan of Andrews; his granddaughters, Gabby Miller, Hannah Miller, Ryann Miller, Ella Claire Lambert, Charlee Miller and Eva Lambert; his sisters, Susan Swails of Georgetown, Debra Alford of Andrews and Sandy Creel of Georgetown; and his close friends, Oscar Wilson and Elaine Wilson of Georgetown. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
