She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph R. Porter; her parents, Sherwood Liles and Mary Elizabeth Inabinet Miller; and her siblings, Elaine Louise "Weeze" Layton (Walter), Liles Felder "Cuda" Miller (Kate) and Sherwood Maner Miller (Jo).
She is survived by: her sister Rebecca M. "Becca" Hooper (Marty); her children, Ralph W. "Bill" Porter (Kathy) and Gail P. Pierce (David); and her grandchildren, Steven Pierce (Jenn), Aaron Pierce (Mandy), Adam Porter (Abbie) and Bridgette McConnell (Joey). She is also survived by great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews.
