She is survived by: her children, Mark Fugate of New York, Arthur Fugate, Jr. and Marcellina Fugate-Guinyard (Elton) of Orangeburg, SC; and her siblings, Rena Walker of Tampa, FL, Joseph Davis of Andrews, SC and Hosea Davis of Andrews, SC. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
