She was predeceased by: her husband John Henning Blakely Sr.; her parents, Paul James Howard and Sadie Smith Howard; her son John "Johnny" Henning Blakely, Jr.; and her siblings, Laura Howard Driggers and James Paul Howard.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Coker (Ansel), Robin L. Blakely, Merlon Blakely (Nicky) and Terence "Terry" Blakely (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Brooke Newton (Jeffrey), Madison Blakely, Andrew Blakely, Morgan Olivia Blakely and John "Jack" Henning Blakely III; her great grandchild Kipp Henning Newton; and her sisters, Pauline Barnhill, Emily Crosby and Naomi McGee. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Andrews Memorial Cemetery.
