He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Tracey Williams of Andrews, SC; his children, Porchia Williams, Lexus Williams of Columbia, SC and Keshaun Williams of Hampton, VA; and his siblings, Ernestine W. Moultrie, Delaine Commander of Andrews, SC, Barbara Ann Williams of Kingstree, SC and Vera Wilson of Greeleyville, SC. He was also cherished by many other relatives and friends.
