He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Eugene Washburn, Sr. and Barbara Irene Shepherd Washburn. He is survived by: his son Arthur Tedford; and his siblings, Susan Gallagher (Cornelius), Debora Gray (Kermit), David Washburn and Peggy Washburn (Rick Wixon). He is also survived by five grandchildren; one great-grand child.
