He is survived by: his mother Christie Jane Cederberg Smoak; his daughters, Kaylie Smoak and Lillie Smoak; the parent of his children Billie Jean Crowe of Surfside Beach; his siblings, Daniel Smoak of Dunn, NC, Amie Norquist (Jason) of Spring Lake, NC and Lacie Smoak of Linden, NC; his grandmother Christine Smoak of Andrews; his nieces and nephews, Jason Norquist of Spring Lake, NC, Ethan Norquist of Spring Lake, NC, Allie Norquist of Spring Lake, NC, Elise Norquist of Spring Lake, NC, Brittanie Smoak of Linden, NC, Danielle Smoak of Linden, NC and Lovely Smoak of Dunn, NC; his aunts, Ruth McDevitt (Pat) of Lake Erie, PA, Rev.
