He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Gene Altman, Sr. and Maria Howell Altman. He is survived by: his wife Linda Ard Altman; his sons, Stacey Altman (Bobbie) of Andrews and Craig Altman (Robin) of Andrews; his grandchildren, Joseph Altman (Michelle) of Georgetown, Dayton Altman (Cassidy) of Georgetown, Hunter Altman of Andrews, Hannah Altman of Andrews and Kaleb Altman of Andrews; his siblings, Joyce Fulton (Ronnie) of Andrews and W. H. Altman (Tammy) of Pamplico; and his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Ard of Andrews, Iva Cox of Andrews and Randy Ard (Linda) of Andrews. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
