He is survived by: his wife Lillie Brockington; his children, Nitacha Blackwell (Roger), Vanderline Fulton of Andrews, SC and Howard Brockington, Jr. (Jennifer) of Columbia, SC; his sisters, Roslyn Langley (Robert Lee) of Hemingway, SC, Albertha Flowers (Obee) of Hemingway, SC, Belinda Sumpter of Hemingway, SC, Priscilla Brockington of Philadelphia, PA and Hannah Brockington of Philadelphia, PA; his sister-in-law Curlie McCrea (George) of Kingstree, SC; and his grandchildren, Ariane Moore, Roger Blackwell, Jr., Rotavius Blackwell, Carter Omari Brockington, Javen Brockington, Jawanza Brockington and De'Shaquan Brockington (Ashley). He is also survived by six great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
