She was predeceased by: her parents, Dueward Belmont Mercer and Neelie Elizabeth Bone Mercer; her daughter Rhonda Marie Rogers; and her siblings, Betty Lou Mercer Davis, Roger Mercer and Joe Mercer.
She is survived by: her children, Bobbie Williams Moore (Dan) of Andrews and Alfred Wayne Belcher of Georgetown; and her siblings, Wanda Sue Mercer of Conway, Patricia Howard (Tommy) of Georgetown, Sharon Pierce of Georgetown, Janette Miller of Georgetown, William "Tumpy" Mercer (Mildred) of Georgetown and Dueward "Buddy" Mercer of Georgetown. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.
