It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emory Nesmith of Andrews, South Carolina, born in Trio, South Carolina, who passed away on December 22, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nemiah Nesmith and Berneatha Nesmith; and his brothers, David "Bubba", Nemiah and Abraham "Ham" Nesmith.
He is survived by: his daughter Emily McDonald of Kingstree, SC; his siblings, Carrie Minette (Cyril) of Queens, NY and Leander Nesmith of Salters, SC; his uncles, Paul Locklear Tisdale of Spring Gulley, SC and Raymond Nesmith of Beaver Falls, PA; and his close friend Ada of Kingstree, SC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
