He is survived by: his wife Vivian Mercer; his daughter Trudie Mercer Cannon (Rusty) of Moncks Corner, SC; his granddaughter Sabrina Sanchez; his siblings, Dennis Mercer (Norma) of Pottsboro, TX, Larry Mercer (Linda) of Summerville, SC and Sandra Breitkreuz (Brad) of Houston, TX; and his sister-in-law Becky Mercer of Statesboro, GA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
